We detect defects as small as 0.1mm. The AI classifies them (Transverse, Longitudinal, Alligator) and calculates total crack length to estimate repair volumes automatically.
A 40MP drone image is too big for standard AI. We slice images into smaller "Tiles" to maintain resolution, ensuring we don't lose the detail of a hairline crack during resizing.
We don't just put a box around a crack; that's not precise enough. We use Pixel-Wise Segmentation to trace the exact shape of the crack, allowing for accurate area calculation.
To measure width (mm), we need a scale. We use Photogrammetry or Laser Distance data (LiDAR) to calibrate the pixel-to-mm ratio for every image.
Every defect is pinned to a 3D Digital Twin or GIS map. Inspectors can click a pin on the bridge model and see the exact photo of the crack.
